72 - The Delayer - ( Al-Mu’Akhkhir - الْمُؤَخِّرُ )

The One who is free from the characteristics of creatures and better than any creature. He who destines the slowness of events and slows down certain things in the eyes of people according to destiny and grants to each thing a value, a rank, a time and characteristics according to His wisdom.
