Al-Hakeem - الْحَكِيمُ

The Wise, The Judge of Judges, The One who is correct in His doings. He whose wisdom has enlighted, enlightens and will enlighten any conscious and intelligent mind. He is right in his gentle management in his expert judgment of the facts of matters. The All-Knowing of His decreed wisdom, for all of His creation and judgment are good, wise and just.
